Former WWE star Curtis Axel (real name Joe Hennig) was arrested in Anoka County, Minnesota back on May 17th. The listed charges are as follows: “DUI, listed as Third-Degree Driving While Impaired, refusal to submit to chemical test (Breath or test refusal or failure), Obstructing the Legal Process-Lawful Execution Legal Process, having an open bottle of alcohol in his car and failure to stop after an accident to property that did not involve injury.” He was released from prison on May 19th.
