Alexa Bliss

In this interview Marc Mero says he’d be happy to sign a WWE Legends deal: “There’s no bitterness from me. It would be an honor to work with them and have a legends contract. They have a Be a Star program where they have some of the wrestlers talk at schools, that’s what I do, I’m doing 200+ events a year. How cool would it be to have WWE behind it? I’m in such a great place in my life that thank goodness I never needed it but you certainly would like to walk away saying that there were no problems or anything like that. There are no problems on my end but I understand that there may be some hard feelings on their end still.”

Eddie Kingston talks about his stomach issues: “I just fucked it up from stress and got meds for it. It is getting better and better everyday. You can quote me here: I was stressed out about dumb shit I can’t control. So I fucked up my stomach being a asshole, but I’m trying to get better and I will get better. As of late, I have been up and down and up and down. It was a normal day for me. I just don’t have certain things that I use to get my aggression out. This has been the longest I have ever been from my lady, pro wrestling. This is as honest as I can be.”

Jeff Jarrett says tribalism in wrestling is a good thing: “I love tribalism. I embrace it because it is the nature of what pro wrestling is – home team vs. away, good vs. evil, black, white, shades of gray. But in wrestling, with that ability to evoke emotion, you create more chatter, you create more passion and you create more revenue.”

Because when you are outside of the United States, it’s so hard to get opportunities at times in this industry. So this is a chance without all of the immigration hurdles and all the troubles that come with that to be on a platform, that I’m very proud that we’re putting together, that it is really getting eyeballs and getting people talking about it and watching it so that we can showcase that young talent and also develop it, right?”

I wrestled for every single promotion in America that I could because I love variety. Obviously, right now, AEW is my focus. It’s where I want to be, it’s where I want to wrestle, but wrestling for New Japan and CMLL and going to those places to represent AEW would be a huge honor.”
