Is Karrion Kross staying or leaving? Well according to his latest video, Kross’ contract expired on August 10th. That doesn’t mean WWE couldn’t sign him to a new deal, but it does mean that he’s no longer under a current deal at the time you’re reading this, so he could just as easily sign with AEW or anybody else. Just to be clear though Scarlett Bordeaux said she’s done in WWE, so if anybody signs Kross they’d be wise to sign his wife too and make them both happy. IN ANY CASE both have been moved to the “Alumni Section” of the WWE website.

- MLW World Championship Match: Matt Riddle vs. Donovan Dijak was called off after Krugger attacked Riddle backstage. Krule ended up brawling with Dijak. Dijak vs. Riddle was announced for Fightland.
- Opera Cup First Round Match: Satoshi Kojima def. Bobby Fish. Okumura embraced Kojima after the match.
- Matthew Justice vs. Alex Hammerstone and Templario vs. Ikuro Kwon were announced for MLW Fightland.

My condolences to the friends and family of Robbie Ellis (Robert Jason Elowitch), a regular of the wrestling scene in the Northeastern US, who passed away on August 7th at 82 years old. He was also the storyline “owner” of CHIKARA.
Brooke Hogan talks about her last conversation with her dad: “What happened was he called me, and he – there was a very cryptic, like, strange message. It reminded me of like, when people in AA do their steps, and he said ‘Hey, I just wanted to call and say I’m sorry for whatever I did,’ and I’m like: ‘No offense, but you mean what you said about me on the sex tape or like, you know, like you’re sorry for whatever you did? I mean, there’s a lot of things that we could go through that you’ve done!'”
