Phil Brooks

Speaking to The Masked Man Show, CM Punk talks about his political views: “I can sort of draw a line in the sand and say when Elon Musk is throwing “sieg heil” up at the podium, and I see people make excuses for that, nope. We saw what you did. Don’t gaslight me, I’m not as fucking stupid as you are. I know what you did so I know what you are. Now I know where you stand, and this is where I stand. It’s a strange, ugly world out there. The only thing I can do is be true to myself and implement and be a voice for myself and my family and my community, and then the world. I don’t know what people want from us as entertainers. I’m just supposed to quit my job because somebody on Twitter says WWE is a ‘MAGA company?’ Okay. You’re on Lord Elon Musk’s fucking Twitter saying stupid shit. Shut the fuck up. What have you done? I’ve done a lot, I just don’t broadcast it. I put my money where my mouth is, and the money I make goes to helping impoverished people. I don’t need to write my name in on a fucking GoFundMe to make me feel better about the shitty person I am. I will always move as myself. Sometimes I can crash like water and sometimes I can be still.”

In the same interview Phil said WWE wants him to sign a new five year deal. (FF)

In this interview John Cena refuses to backtrack on Vince McMahon: “I don’t care who hears it: I love Vince. I’m not downplaying anything that needs to be decided or allegations of any kind, but when I love somebody, I love them wholeheartedly. I know people are going to be angry about that, but they can’t put their value on my relationship with somebody I love.”

Chris Bey addressed the crowd at TNA Unbreakable: “172 days ago, I had an accident in the ring that changed the course of my life forever. In the ring, I broke my neck and paralyzed myself. Easily the most scary and embarrassing moment in my life. I was embarrassed because I wanted to finish the match and perform for all of you because I love this so much. Thankfully, the quick response of TNA and the incredible staff in Detroit and medical staff, I was able to have a quick surgery. The doctors told me I had a very low percentage of walking again. I worked tirelessly in that medical facility. I did PT and OT every single day of the week. Ace Austin never left my side, never stopped believing and supporting me, he did things that, when you’re going through what I was going through, you need a real brother. I love this man. Honestly, day one, outside of saying it’s day one and this will be the greatest story ever told, I thought I was never going to walk or stand here again. I thought that at first, then I had to remind myself of who I was. I had to listen and feel the energy of all of you. Because of the people behind the camera and the guardrail, I beat the odds. Because of my family in TNA Wrestling, I beat the odds. Because of each and every one of you and everyone watching at home, I beat the odds. I’m standing right here. Look at me now. We were able to do it because we believed. We Bey-lieved. You almost broke my spirit and my hopes and dreams. You definitely broke my neck, but I had to look in the mirror and remind myself that I, Chris Bey, am unbreakable. We are unbreakable. TNA is unbreakable. All of this is the greatest story ever told. Thank you.”

Jey Uso talks about how much time he has left: “I’m on the end of my career, I feel like it. I still got a couple years left, I feel strong, but this is the first time I kinda felt the years kinda catching up with me. Not even that, I just think I’m getting older, man. I’ll be 40 in August. I love wrestling, wrestling is everything, I’m just starting to get to the point where I just wanna venture out a little bit more.”

Undertaker talks about life after retirement: “It’s been a process that I had to figure out. And it’s funny because at the end of my career, I was only doing a handful of events anyway, but there was never that ‘it’s over’ kind of feel to it. It was just like, I’m gonna do these, that’ll be it, and I finally realised that the tank was, pretty much on empty and I needed to walk away. It was like, I knew that was what I needed to do, but it was not what I wanted to do, I wanted to do this forever so there became a void and it took a while for me to fill that void with something outside of the ring. So I started doing the one dead man show and a few signings here and there and doing some different things, started a podcast, and it’s strange. A lot of days, I’m very content with where I’m at and love being able to spend time with my family, and then there’s that other part of me that I think will be there forever that’s saying it’s time to go, right? And it really happens when I’m in arenas and stadiums. It’s just that that that thing in me that says it’s time to start getting ready, yeah, those big shows. But I think I’ve transitioned well and I’m going to probably do more things, maybe production wise behind the camera, so we’ll see how that goes.”

Gunther says he’s not worried about Jey Uso: “Jey got very popular with the whole ‘Yeet’ stuff. Maybe he got carried away with it – maybe he got too comfortable. He needed someone to remind him what this is really about. In wrestling, when you have a big match coming up, this business gives you the freedom to be a pain in the ass toward your opponent. I take full advantage of that.”
