Vince McMahon, Linda McMahon, WWE and TKO took the L in court as the presiding judge just ruled against their attempt to dismiss the current Ring Boys lawsuit. They tried to argue the suit was illegal because the Maryland law it was based on was unconstitutional but US District Judge James K. Bredar ruled that the law is constitutional as applied to the case and can go forward.
