Dr. Carlon Colker is still fighting the bill of discovery in the Janel Grant lawsuit, even though a court ordered him to turn over billing records of Vince McMahon paying for her treatments, with his legal representation calling the discovery “an open-ended fishing expedition.” Clearly the court doesn’t agree Dr. Colker, or they wouldn’t have ordered you to comply. He’s appealing the decision. Frankly as a completely non-legal opinion with no merit in or out of a courtroom, the fact he’s this worried about a “fishing expedition” reads like there’s something to hide. If everything you did for Vince McMahon or to Janel Grant was completely legal and ethical, why fight discovery so hard? If his appeal fails he’s been ordered to turn the documents over to Grant’s legal team by January 12th.
