As a point of clarification, WWE “clearing” Brock Lesnar to appear on TV doesn’t mean he’s “clear” of any ramifications from Janel Grant’s lawsuit as it exists now or in an amended form. To date he’s only mentioned in it as “a former UFC fighter” but The Wall Street Journal confirmed it was him and Grant’s attorneys said more or less the same in response to seeing Brock Lesnar returning to WWE television this week. I wanted to do more, but ah, fuck it.’ I’m making excuses for why it’s okay to quit. I think a lot of people get there. It’s not that they are mentally weak, I don’t like using that. It’s just they don’t know how to push. Years ago, I didn’t know how to push.”
