Even though WWE spoiled that the AAA Mega Championship held by Alberto El Patron would be lost to El Hijo Del Vikingo before their match even took place during Raw, by advertising a Vikingo vs. Chad Gable match for the title would take place at Worlds Collide, that only happened on the US broadcast. In Mexico and elsewhere a different graphic was shown that didn’t mention the title. (WO)
Via social media Abadon said her AEW contract expires in June and won’t be renewed. She’s currently exploring her options but I expect her to land on both feet anywhere she likes. Like Shotzi she’s too talented for someone to not book her for multiple shows.
Thunder Rosa says she can’t remember her match with Mariah May at AEW Worlds End due to a concussion. Coincidentally (I swear this is one) May’s name has disappeared from the AEW website as her contract has reportedly expired or ended by mutual agreement. (PWI)
