Both The Wrap and Deadline are saying that Netflix has won the bidding war to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) in a deal that won’t be fully transacted until the third quarter of 2026. Since Raw is exclusive to Netflix and AEW airs on WBD channels — Dynamite on TBS, Collision on TNT (both simulcast on HBO Max) — this is an interesting development for all parties involved.
