Tonight, the most chaotic matches of the year! On the women’s side, the Triangle of Madness team with Divine Dominion and Persephone to enter the cage against Wrathlander, Brawling Birds, Willow Nightingale, and the new TBS Champion Queen Aminata! On the men’s side, the Don Callis Family attempt to make inroads against the Men’s World Champion Will Ospreay, the tag team champions The Young Bucks, the TNT Champion Darby Allin, and their all-star friends Steven Borden and Adam Copeland. Who will rise? Who will fall? Who will never be the same again? It’s all inside!
Backstage, Renee asks the Don Callis Family about their prospects tonight. Don Callis reminds her that he has all the medical records for the former members on the opposing team, and that the goal tonight is to do damage before Full Gear. Kyle Fletcher and Davis & Doyle vow to win championship gold at Full Gear.
Mick Foley is backstage with the heroic squad. Will Ospreay says he knows how the Family operate internally. The Bucks say they do too, and they know what Davis & Doyle operate. The Bucks mention that this is their third Blood and Guts, and they’re still standing. Mick asks Darby and Borden how they can be at 100% after Borden was injured and Darby, you know, ran a marathon. They say they can’t worry about that now. Ospreay warns Kyle Fletcher not to look past the match tonight. Mick says he and Copeland have known each other for years and he can’t imagine what’s going through his head. Copeland mentions that he’s wearing the same gear he wore for the Hardcore Match they had against each other at Wrestlemania 22, and that he is worried, but only for the futures of his teammates, so that’s going to be his main focus.

Backstage, Renee asks Andrade about his recent success. He says he fights for something bigger than ever before, and the championship he holds isn’t just about what he’s accomplished, it’s also about everyone who believed in him.
After a package, Renee asks Swerve what that was with Bandido last week. Creed walks in and asks the same question, saying Bandido didn’t do anything. Swerve says Bandido is the only man to beat all three of them in AEW, so he had to be taken care of, any means necessary. Creed says that that was in sanctioned matches. Screams interrupt the conversation, it’s revealed that Bandido is crushing Kofi in a door. He proceeds to brawl with Swerve to ringside, hits a DVD on the stage and pummels him. He pulls up a piece of production truss, Creed tackles him, punches, Bandido hits him with a back body drop, goes for a press slam off the stage, Prince Nana makes the save and security pulls everyone apart, until Brody King runs in and starts taking out everyone, before Hangman pulls him off. Hangman says this is what Swerve wants, Bandido says this isn’t just about Hangman anymore, and he wants Texas Death.
