John Cena

His acting career just keeps on rolling, as John Cena has been cast in the upcoming Netflix comedy film One Attempt Remaining. “The film follows an ex-couple who, years after their acrimonious divorce, learn that the currency they won on a crazy night on a cruise is now worth millions… but they’ve forgotten the password. With only three days left before the account expires, they must retrace their steps that night, not just to find the password to their fortune, but also why they fell in love in the first place.”

In this interview Thekla talks about her evolution as a wrestler: “Confidence can come and go, that’s part of the journey. But one of my biggest accomplishments is getting to a point where I can say, ‘I’m that good,’ and actually believe it. That started about a year or two ago in Japan. During my AEW debut period, I didn’t compare myself to anyone else. I just did me. That’s what you have to do to be great – enjoy it, be yourself and have fun.”

Big E talks about his decision to retire from in-ring competition: “My C1 was broken in two places, and oftentimes, when that happens, the C1 will heal like cartilage. So in those gaps, it’ll form cartilage instead of ossifying, instead of forming new bone. So after talking to (Dr. Juan Uribe) and a few other doctors, the doctor almost damn near begged me like, ‘Hey, please, even if you get your all go, you’re clear, you’re allowed to get back in the ring, please really reconsider it.’ And when I told him, ‘I think I’m definitely leaning towards being done,’ he almost quite literally breathed a sigh of relief. So for someone who’s been doing this for so long, who knows a lot more about spines and necks than I do, I definitely took heed.”

Double or Nothing 2026 will be at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens on May 24th. With it being in New York you know MJF had something to say: “When people think of America, when they don’t live in America, they think of New York. Every single famous movie is based in New York. The most famous professional wrestler who ever lived, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, is from New York… the nice part is I don’t have to schlep as far as I usually do for the pay-per-view. The fans on Long Island are a lot more intelligent and a lot more attractive. The second you leave Long Island, you are looking at Queens, that’s gross. Hammerstein Ballroom, we go there every now and then. That place is disgusting. The people who inhabit Manhattan are grotesque. All the five boroughs are gross. The difference is, I’m not a fan of them and they’re not a fan of me. It’s a different kind of New York. To me, the difference between Long Island and the five boroughs it might as well be Buffalo to me.”

The next WWE Clash card will be May 31st in Turin, Italy and not coincidentally WWE filed a trademark application for “WWE Clash.” More from WWE: “WWE today announced that the first-ever Premium Live Event to be held in Italy – Clash in Italy – will emanate from the Inalpi Arena in Turin on Sunday, May 31, 2026. This landmark event will form part of the WWE European Summer Tour, which will see WWE Superstars visit cities across Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and the U.K. Additionally, Monday Night Raw will also emanate from Turin’s Inalpi Arena on Monday, June 1, before broadcasting live from Paris’ Accor Arena the following week on Monday, June 8, and London’s O2 Arena on Monday, June 22. Friday Night SmackDown will return to Barcelona, Spain, on Friday, May 29, from the Olimpic Arena Badalona before being broadcast once again from the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Italy, on Friday, June 5. Pre-sales for the WWE European Summer Tour, including the Premium Live Event from Turin, Italy, will begin Wednesday, March 11. General on-sale tickets will be available from Friday, March 13.”
