Dynamite opens with Renee asking Kenny about his match tonight. He says his best work has been when his back is against the wall, in a way it wasn’t in AEW, or even in NJPW. He says the only friend he allowed in the building tonight was Michael Nakazawa, because he needed the guy who stuck with him even then. He mentions how hot it is in the outdoor venue tonight, and asks if MJF has experienced anything like it before. He asks if he’s ready to kill Kenny, and says that, if he does, he’ll shake his hand. But this is not only potentially his last chance to win the championship, it’s also his last chance to main event an All In.
Match One: Tommaso Ciampa vs. Jericho
Ciampa waits to jump Jericho on his entrance. Jericho enters through the crowd and brawls with Ciampa on the stage, throws him through a pair of Adirondack chairs, back body drop through them, back body drop on the chairs, hits Ciampa with one, finishes his entrance, goes back, resumes beating Ciampa down, throws him in the ring, follows.
Bell rings to officially start the match, chops in the corner, goes for the Walls, thinks better of it, tosses him to the floor, then into the ring, Ciampa with a DDT through the ropes, running knee, fireman’s carry on the apron, blocked with elbows, Jericho with a DVD, chop, toss into the steps, both men atop the other steps, tussle, Ciampa hits a double underhook piledriver, stomps, toss into the steps, rolls Jericho into the ring, covers for two twice, stomps, trading chops, Jericho with a ten-punch, Ciampa counters into an Air Raid Crash from the second rope for two, punches, Jericho with a double-leg, Ciampa blocks the Walls, goes for the move himself, Jericho reverses into a rollup for two, punches, both men up top, Jericho with a Super Hurricanrana, boot to the gut, brainbuster for two, trading chops, Ciampa grabs one of the decorative sand pails, Jericho hits a Codebreaker but gets sand in his face, misses a Lionsault, Ciampa hits a pair of running knees for two, goes for a third, Jericho blocks, locks in Walls of Jericho, Ciampa grabs the bucket, Aubrey takes it from him, he tosses sand in Jericho’s eyes, running knee for three.

Ciampa hits Jericho with a chair after the bell. He grabs a tool bag and pulls out a drill, security try to hold him back while also avoiding getting murdered, they finally get him to leave, but he does pop a floaty toy with the drill.
