The plaintiffs in the shareholder lawsuit against TKO, Vince McMahon and WWE allege that the defendants have willfully engaged in destroying evidence related to their claims of breach of fiduciary duty in the sale of WWE to Endeavor to be merged with UFC into TKO; in particular they claim hand written notes from Vince McMahon were destroyed and Signal messages (which are auto-deleted) were used to cover their tracks.
