A Delaware court has ordered WWE to turn over all documents relating to the merger with UFC into TKO as part of their acquisition by Endeavor. They and Vince McMahon were both sued by shareholders in 2023 alleging that WWE’s investigation into Vince’s wrongdoings were a “sham” and that he and WWE manipulated the merger to enrich themselves at the shareholders expense.
