Kenny Omega

In this interview for CBS Sports, Kenny Omega credits AJ Styles for some of the most important moments in his career: “AJ, having a keen sense of what’s best for business, knew exactly how to go along with it. In a way, by his turning his back (on Bullet Club) and allowing for that moment to happen, whether he knows it or not, that led to the forming of The Elite. Ultimately, it kind of led to AEW. Him being involved in our lives is very pivotal for the company and our careers.”

Nick Hogan says he’s considering getting into pro wrestling: “You never know, man. It’s in the blood. So, you never know. I’ve always loved the business, and obviously, it makes me feel so much closer to dad, being around the business and being in that environment, so I have a lot of love for it, and it’s in the blood, so you never know. I’ve always been in touch with everybody, and I always try to stay in touch with everybody, and I like to be close to those guys, and close to the environment and the company. You know, like I said, it’s a family.”

Kelani Jordan talks about her heel turn: “I’ll just go back to when I had my first title, the North American Championship. I would say I was just so happy to finally get a championship. I was happy to be here. But I feel like Kelani Jordan today is more confident. She believes in herself more and realizes that pressure is privilege. I feel like I’ve evolved in that way. Yes, of course I’m thankful and happy, but also I earned it. That has been the biggest thing is this new confidence.”
