GLORY 104 took place Saturday night, October 11, live from the RTM Stage in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and fans witnessed one of most memorable events in GLORY history.
Tarik Khbabez (53-12-1, 28 KO) regained the GLORY light heavyweight world title in an all-time classic against Bahram Rajabzadeh (72-6, 64 KO) in the main event. The pair stood in the middle and traded shots, blow for blow, for five incredible rounds. However, despite suffering a knockdown in the first round, it was Khbabez who won by majority decision to regain the title he lost earlier this year.
Two more heavyweights qualified for the final of the Last Heavyweight Standing, which is set for COLLISION 8 on December 13.
France’s Sofian Laidouni (42-5-1, 20 KO) shocked the world with back-to-back wins over heavy favourite Levi Rigters (21-4, 11 KO) and Nabil Khachab (30-7-1, 4 KO) at GLORY 104, truly earning his spot in the final eight for December.
Serbia’s Milos Cvjeticanin (16-4, 9 KO) shined on the night making it past compatriot Rade Opacic (24-7, 17 KO) and Alin Nechita (18-3, 7 KO) in equally impressive fashion to punch his ticket into the final.
Elsewhere on the card, Berjan Peposhi (32-5, 16 KO) beat Aitor Ibanez (28-8-1, 13 KO) to move forward in the Last Featherweight Standing tournament, Miguel Trindade (63-8, 26 KO) scored an emphatic victory over late replacement Halil Kutukcu (37-10-1, 16 KO), Germany’s Sergej Braun (46-14, 27 KO) won by DQ against Iliass Hammouche (34-9, 7 KO), and Mo Amine (30-9, 16 KO) registered his first win in GLORY since 2023 with a victory over veteran Errol Koning (47-17, 15 KO).
