Breakker delivers a vertical suplex, covers for 2, does a few push-ups like his uncle Scott, and he tags out. Sami fights both men off as the crowd cheers his name, and makes the hot tag! CM Punk clotheslines Rollins, hits a back elbow, a jumping calf kick, spinning neckbreaker, and calls for the finish. Rollins counters the GTS, so Punk hits the Code Red for a 2-count! Punk hits Rollins with the high knee, delivers a bulldog to Rollins while he clotheslines Breakker, goes up top, hits the Macho elbow drop, and covers for 2. Punk calls for the finish again, Breakker saves Rollins, and that costs him as Rollins plants Punk with the PEDIGREE! Zayn breaks up the count just in time! Breakker attacks Sami and sends him onto the apron, but Zayn lowers the ropes sending Breakker to the floor, then knocks him down with the slingshot moonsault press! Breaktime.
Back from another commercial break, Punk and Rollins are trading shots back and forth. Rollins blocks the GTS, Punk avoids the Stomp, and they clothesline each other in the center of the ring. Zayn and Breakker get hot tags, Breakker avoids the Blue Thunder Bomb, Zayne counters the powerbomb, and hits a springboard tornado DDT! Rollins grabs Sami’s leg, Punk hits Rollins with a plancha, Sami delivers the exploder suplex into the corner to Breakker, and now Heyman grabs Zayn’s leg! Heyman has both Zayn and the ref distracted – meanwhile in the background outside the ring, BRONSON REED RETURNS TO TACKLE CM PUNK THROUGH THE BARRICADE!! Zayn looks on at the damage, but then turns around into the SPEAR BY BREAKKER, and he covers for the 3-count!! WINNERS: BRON BREAKKER & SETH ROLLINS!
Rollins and Breakker celebrate in the ring alongside Heyman. Reed steps into the ring, Breakker takes the straps down… bugt Rollins steps past to hug Bronson! Zelina knees her in the jaw, Chelsea pulls her off the apron for a powerbomb on the floor, throws her back in, and covers for 2. We get a video package highlighting John Cena airing out all of his issue and problems with the WWE Universe. Cena’s match is up next after the break.
John Cena comes out to a mixed reaction from the crowd. He instructs Lilian Garcia to do his long-winded introduction in the ring. R-Truth comes out, to John Cena’s music, decked out in John Cena attire, imitating a babyface John Cena, and hitting all the poses! His shirt even says “Ron Cena” on it – hahaha!
* John Cena {Undisputed WWE Champion} vs. R-Truth
[non-title match]
Cena clotheslines Truth just before referee Jason Ayers calls for the bell. (A lot of attacks right at the bell tonight!) Cena pummels R-Truth and rips off the shirt in disgust. The crowd breaks out in a loud “Let’s go Cena!” and “Cena sucks!” dueling chant. Cena sends him across the ring with a hard Irish whip. Now the crowd does a “You can’t wrestle!” and “Yes he can!” responding dueling chant. Cena hits the first shoulder tackle, warms up, hits the second shoulder tackle, ducks a swing, hits a back suplex, You Can’t See Me, and connects with the 5-Knuckle Shuffle.
Truth avoids the AA, ducks a clothesline, hits the shoulder tackle, another shoulder tackle, delivers the back suplex, You Can’t See Me, and hits his own 5-Knuckle Shuffle! R-Truth picks him up, delivers the ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, and covers for 1-2-KICKOUT! Truth puts him in the STF, Cena grabs the bottom rope to force the break, and rolls out the ring. Now the crowd chants “Let’s go Truth” until Cena shoves him into the ringpost. Cena grabs the title, gets in the ring, waits to strike, Truth turns around, but Cena pauses. Cena looks on with a change of mind, hands the title back to the ref, Truth goes for a handshake, but Cena kicks him in the balls for a low blow behind the ref’s back, hits the ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, and covers for 1-2-3! WINNER: JOHN CENA!!
For a second, Truth thought that he had gotten through to Cena, but it was all a rouse. Cena calls for his music to stop, just so that he can blast Truth in the face with the championship, and walks away.
We get a video package for the feud between Priest and McIntyre, as this match will be next. The steel cage lowers before a commercial break. We get a commercial for NXT Battleground tomorrow night, live at 8 PM ET on Peacock!
When we come back, Jey Uso is walking through the halls and he crosses paths with John Cena. Last time we saw these two together, Jey threw Cena out of the ring at the Royal Rumble to win the match. Cena tells him that’s fine, says he’s looking forward to the next time he sees him, and says it’s something special for Jey to come from a prestigious family in wrestling just to lose the title to Logan Paul. “Wouldn’t it be something if when my clock strikes zero, I take this championship home with me, and that championship is around the waist of a YouTuber. Sounds like that would almost ruin wrestling. Gosh, that’s a lot of pressure for your match tonight. Good luck, champ. I’ll be watching closely.” John Cena walks off, leaving Jey Uso looking more stressed than before.
We see WWE legend Leilani Kai and Tatanka in the crowd enjoying the show. Jesse Ventura joins commentary and blabs on. Drew McIntyre struts out first and gladly enters the cage. Damian Priest heads out next, and as he steps into the cage – you guessed it – McIntyre attacks him right away! McIntyre shoves him into the barricade, pushes him into the ring, pulls out a couple of steel chairs into the ring, slams the door shut, and referee Daphanie LaShawn calls for the bell.

McIntyre leaps off the ropes, Priest hits a running boot, and plants him with the SOUTH OF HEAVEN CHOKE SLAM FOR 2.9! Priest climbs the cage, McIntyre grabs him, maneuvers him into a vertical position, and McIntyre SUPERPLEXES Priest off the top of the cage! Both men trade punches back and forth, Priest with kicks and big rights, hits a jumping back elbow in a corner, avoids the Claymore, rolls him into a crucifix pin for 2, McIntyre hits own SOUTH OF HEAVEN move, and gets 2.9!
Finally the chair comes into play as he whacks Priest in the back with it. McIntyre puts him against a wedged chair in the corner, goes for the Claymore, but Priest moves out the way. Priest hits him in the midsection with the chair, jams it in his throat, and hits the SOUTH OF HEAVEN AGAIN! Priest looks around for the chair, places it under McIntyre’s head, grabs the other chair, hits the CON-CHAIR-TO, looks on at his fallen opponent, walks out the cage and down the steps to win the match! WINNER: DAMIAN PRIEST!!
Jesse Ventura is living in the past as he complains about Priest winning the match by walking out the door instead of climbing out over the top of the cage, even calling him “a coward” by walking out the door. Ventura literally complains for another three whole minutes crying about Priest winning the cage match by walking out the door, and it’s showing his age by how annoyed he is. Breaktime.
After the break, we see that the U.S. Express are in the crowd. Jesse “The Body” Ventura is back with Joe Tessitore at the podium talking about Bronson Reed returning from injury to crush CM Punk. We get a video package for Jey Uso winning the World Title, and Logan Paul challenging him for the title. Breaktime.

Referee Rod Zapata calls for the bell, the main event is underway, and this time no one is attacked at the bell. Jey hits a shoulder block to start, ducks under a leapfrog, and uppercuts him. Logan hits an elbow, follows up with a blockbuster off the middle ropes, and kips up. Jey rolls out the ring, Paul with a plancha onto the champ, and we take our final commercial break.
When we come back, Jey hits an enzuigiri dropping his challenger and hits the running hip attack for a 2-count. Jey goes up top, Logan blocks the Uso Splash by getting his knees up, and rolls him into the cover for a 2-count. Logan picks him up, hits a rolling senton, and this time Uso gets his knees up to block the springboard moonsault. Jey hits a pop-up Samoan drop, covers for 2.5, Logan grabs the turnbuckles as Jey tries to drag him away, and Logan pulls off the middle turnbuckle pad before Jey clotheslines him out the ring.
Logan blocks a suicide dive with a forearm smash, slams his head on the top turnbuckle, slingshots into the ring, Jey superkicks him, and covers for 2.99! Jey charges, Logan sends him into the exposed turnbuckle shoulder-first, hits the big right-handed punch, covers, and Jey kicks out at two! Logan is surprised that he kicked out, Jey superkicks him again, goes up top, connects with the USO SPLASH, goes for the cover – and JOHN CENA PULLS REF ZAPATA OUT THE RING TO ATTACK JEY USO!!!
Cena stomps on Uso as Logan Paul looks on. CODY RHODES IS HERE TO MAKE THE SAVE!!!! Cody Rhodes is back since WrestleMania to get his hands on Cena!! Logan rolls out the ring, Cody hits the drop-down uppercut to Cena, and plants him with the CROSS RHODES!! Logan Paul gets back in the ring with brass knuckles on, Rhodes ducks the swing, Jey hits Paul with the SPEAR, goes back up top, hits the USO SPLASH once again, makes the cover, referee Rod Zapata gets back in the ring, and counts the 1-2-3!! WINNER and STILL the World Heavyweight Champion: JEY USO!!!
Cody Rhodes helps Jey Uso up to his feet as he has a microphone glaring at Cena. “You’ve ruined enough!! I’m sorry that the John Cena Farewell Tour rode right through Rhodes Country, but I’m back! I’m ready to fight! You got yourself a partner in Logan Paul. I got myself a brother in the World Heavyweight Champion. We’ll see you at MONEY IN THE BANK!!”
