To the surprise of no one, the conchairto that Drew McIntyre took on Saturday Night’s Main Event was to write him off TV for a while. (FF) No word on if he’s going to have his neck looked at but he had been saying in interviews leading up to SNME that it was a problem because he couldn’t turn his head all the way to the left.
Mike Santana will face Tomohiro Ishii at House of Glory on June 7th. (HOG)
I’m sad to report that independent wrestler Ryan Wrekkless (real name Ryan Abu-Alia) has passed away. Ground Zero Wrestling posted the news on Saturday but I can’t tell you for certain that’s when he passed and there’s no word on the cause of death either. I offer my condolences to his friends, family and fans.

Will Ospreay on why he believes in AEW: “I like the counter-culture stuff. I don’t like going for the big thing. I like going for the underdog. I think that’s why I signed with AEW in the first place is because they are the underdog, they are the people coming from the ground up and are the people who enjoy giving fan service. When I first came in here, I wanted to make this place the be all, end all. I want to sing from the high heavens that this is the best professional wrestling on the planet. I respect WWE and what they’re doing now. They are filling houses and doing so well, but bell-to-bell, you’re not going to find better wrestling than AEW.”
