TIJUANA, MEXICO (September 9, 2026) – BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing, the world’s largest professional bare knuckle boxing organization, has announced the complete fight card for BKB 59, which takes place Saturday, September 19, at the Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana, Mexico. This marks BKB’s historic debut in the country, in partnership with Zanfer Boxing, Latin America’s premier boxing promoter.
The landmark event will feature an action-packed 12-fight card headlined by a world championship doubleheader. In the main event, Tijuana’s very own Julian “El Guerrero Mexicano” Fernandez (3-0, 3 KOs) will defend his BKB Super Cruiserweight World Championship against former three-division BKB champion Dan “Big Pod” Podmore (9-4, 8 KOs) of the United Kingdom. In the co-main event, Mexico’s Cecy Ulloa (2-2, 1 KO) will battle Andy “The CrAsian” Nguyen (3-2) of the United States for the vacant BKB Super Flyweight World Championship.
With BKB continuing to push its international expansion, its Mexico debut comes at the perfect time, and Saturday’s card in Tijuana serves as a launchpad for an even bigger push into one of the world’s biggest and most celebrated combat sports markets. The partnership with Zanfer Boxing also creates opportunities for future live events, broadcast distribution, and sponsorships across Latin America.
