Tonight, we see the semi-finals of the women’s Owen Hart Tournament, as ROH Women’s World Champion Athena takes on her former student Maya World, while Stardom’s Hazuki takes on the re-ascending Mercedes Mone! Elsewhere, the teams look to solidify for the twelve-man cage match that will main event Forbidden Door!
Dynamite opens with MJF and the Don Callis Family. Lexy Nair asks who MJF is choosing for his team, he says first he wants to address all the people coming for him. He says he respects Kevin Knight, calls Kyle Fletcher the hottest prospect, declines to talk about Andrade, says Swerve can only get power if he wins the championship, says Hangman isn’t a challenger because he’s not allowed to be, says Kenny needs to hop off his dick, and says that Mark Briscoe is delusional if he thinks he has a shot at the championship. He then turns it over to Don Callis to reveal the team: Kevin Knight, Kyle Fletcher, Jake Doyle, Okada Kazuchika, and Andrade. Andrade says he’s not doing it. Don Callis says there’s a lot of money in it, and Andrade is still a future world champion, so he tells Andrade to do the match.
Match One: Tony Neese vs. Kenny Omega
The commentary team reveals that, before Dynamite went live, the Premier Athletes came out and demanded a match.
Distraction, Neese hits a Chop Block, Kenny with a pair of snap dragons, V-Trigger, Mark Sterling gets up on the apron and eats a V-Trigger, One-Winged Angel to Neese for three.

Kenny grabs a mic, but before he can speak, ZSJ comes out with Bad Dude Tito and Mikey Nicholls. Kenny backs out to the floor, slides the mic in and starts to walk off, but he’s joined by the Bucks and Jack Perry. ZSJ kicks the mic back to Kenny. Kenny says no one remembers what TMDK stands for, says that they each have something the other wants, the prestige that would come with a win over the other.

Bandido and Garcia start off, Garcia with chops, takedown, kick, lockup, jockeying, Garcia with a tackle, Bandido with a dropkick, King in, body slam, slams Bandido onto Garcia, Bandido with a tackle, Mox in, trading forearms, trading mixed strikes, Mox with a poke in the eye, knees, crossbody, King doesn’t budge, hip toss to Garcia, Bandido in, aided moonsault to both opponents, Mox and Garcia gang up while the ref prevents King from entering the ring, Mox misses a spear in the corner, King in, cleans house, trading chops, King with a forearm, Mox with mixed strikes, trio of lariats, King goes for a Ganso Bomb, Mox slides out, DDT, King pops up and hits a lariat, double tag, more jockeying, Garcia with a crucifix pin for two, chop, Bandido with a belly to belly to the corner, King in, King and Shafir get into a barking match on the floor, Mox takes the opportunity to hit a suicide dive to King, Mox pulls back the floor mat, piledriver, double team beatdown to Bandido, Mox covers King for two, Garcia in, top rope bulldog for two, front facelock, King with chops, Garcia with a chop block, Mox in, mixed strikes, gut punches in the corner, back rake, Garcia in, chinlock, Brody reverses into a pin for two, Garcia with mounted punches, double team beatdown, Mox in, neckbreaker, jockeying, King goes to make a tag while still locked in a hold with Mox, Mox eventually lets go and knocks Bandido off the apron, Garcia in, take turns hitting avalanches, King tackles them both, Bandido in, cleans house, Mox eventually hits a forearm, Bandido goes for a suplex, Marina Shafir runs in with the ref distracted and hits a gut shot, Bandido suplexes her instead, frog splash to Garcia for two, brawl breaks out, Garcia goes for a sharpshooter, trading rollups for two, trading strikes, Bandido with a lifting knee, 21-plex while King hits Mox with a suicide dive, Bandido gets the three.

Protokada talk about their tag match tonight, and their quest to bring the International Championship back to the DCF. They then reveal they took out Ishii Tomohiro.
Backstage, Tommaso Ciampa says he respects the Chris Jericho who became the first AEW World Champion, but this version who doesn’t take anything seriously is the drizzling shits. He says Jericho can come meet him if he’s prepared to bring the version who was respectable.
The Dogs look to bully some production staff, but Cope and Cage interrupt, sparking a brawl that makes it to the ring before The Dogs retreat. Christian makes a joke about The Dogs being named after their mothers, and says Fit Finlay should have let David Finlay run down his leg. Adam Copeland says The Dogs are like E&C thirty years ago, but they should be looking at Cope and Cage as their learning curve and see how they were humbled by teams like the New Age Outlaws and the APA. He says that, at Forbidden Door, they’ll humble The Dogs.
They show a clip of Starlight Kid calling out Thekla from a Stardom show on the weekend.
Backstage, Thekla says she had the same dojo upbringing Starlight Kid did, but Starlight Kid got more props for it. She says spitting on the Stardom logo is nothing compared to what she’s going to do at Forbidden Door.
Backstage, Lexy asks for a word from Brodido. Bandido celebrates, Brody says everyone thought the team was done just because they were focusing on singles goals. Bandido makes a challenge for the Continental Championship, Jon Moxley walks in and accepts.

After a commercial, Tony Schiavone welcomes Will Ospreay to the ring and congratulates him on his marriage. Ospreay says he knows he’s supposed to be on his honeymoon, but his wife said she knew how much this tournament meant to him, so they could go when it was over. Schiavone then welcomes Swerve, who says he hasn’t heard from Ospreay in a while, and says that he’s changed. Ospreay says the only thing that’s changed is the way Swerve is looking at him. Swerve takes Ospreay to task for palling around with the Death Riders after spending so long trying to fight them, and says he hasn’t given an explanation. Ospreay says he hasn’t forgotten or forgiven what they did, but he’s had to let it go to accept their help in training. He then goes back to the night the Death Riders broke his neck in the cage, and says he saw everyone trying to help, except Swerve. He says he can’t blame Swerve, because he injured his knee, but after what happened at All In that year, he realized that both Swerve and Ospreay would do anything to help someone they cared about, so why wasn’t he there in London? He then says he doesn’t need an explanation, because nothing matters more than the tournament final and the dream it unlocks for him. He says he knows Swerve will do anything to end his dream, so he promises the same. Swerve says that last year he believed Ospreay’s words that they both needed to accept that it was Hangman’s time, but now Hangman is nowhere to be seen and ineligible to challenge for the world title. He says he’s done standing aside, not just from fighting for the world title, but even how he was repeatedly asked to stand aside when he was world champion. He says the two of them redefine what pro wrestling means whether opponents or partners, but the one thing that’s never changed is that Ospreay never beats Swerve. He says Ospreay’s neck is still fragile, which prompts a punch from Ospreay. Prince Nana hands Swerve his chain, and he menaces Ospreay with it, until the Death Riders come out. Swerve says Ospreay really has changed, then walks off.
Backstage, Lexy Nair asks Jericho about Ciampa’s comments. He challenges him to get serious in a face to face on Collision.
After a commercial, Garcia gets in Ospreay’s face, and Ospreay grabs him. Moxley interjects and asks if Ospreay feels in control of himself, to which Ospreay responds no. Mox says that these are just words, and words can’t hurt unless you let them. He says people use words when they have nothing else to use.
Main Event: Team MJF vs. Team Briscoe
Andrade is with Team MJF, but his body language looks reluctant. The commentary team says that, if either team is disqualified, they lose the man advantage. Mark Briscoe comes over the big screen, says he’s been told his whole life that he has a glass ceiling. He introduces Cassidy, Fletcher, and Strong as his first three partners, then introduces the last two as two men looking for revenge: Konosuke Takeshita and Darby Allin.
Andrade argues with MJF and Kevin Knight before starting the match with Briscoe, they brawl to the floor, back into the ring, Briscoe with a ten-punch, Strong in, ten-punch, Cassidy in, Fletcher in, O’Reilly in, jockeying, O’Reilly eventually locks in an ankle lock, which sparks a brawl, Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight end up arguing, MJF and Darby end up legal, MJF with a stomp to the ankle, yells at his partners to stop arguing, tosses Darby into Okada’s boot, Okada in, punches to the back, MJF and Fletcher argue on the ramp, Doyle in, goes for a slam, Darby escapes, Cassidy in, Stundog Millionaire, DDT, reversed into a tackle, MJF in, everyone takes turns tagging in and stomping Cassidy, Jake Doyle ends up accidentally hitting arm breakers on MJF because he isn’t looking, Strong in, tackles MJF from behind, running knee, cleans house, with some help from Cassidy, angle slam for two, brawl breaks out, Kevin Knight and Darby end up brawling on the stage, Jake Doyle comes to help, ends up tossing Darby off the stage and into the ring post, MJF goes for a Heat Seeker in the ring, reversed into a Jay Driller, Don Callis distracts the ref while Briscoe has the pin, Briscoe gets the ref’s attention, goes up top, Fletcher crotches him, Strong in, kicks Fletcher, MJF with an arm breaker, Salt of the Earth for the tapout.

A brawl erupts after the bell, Don Callis Family and MJF hold the ring, MJF pulls the diamond ring out of his trunks, tells Andrade to hold him, Andrade refuses, but Don Callis talks him into it. MJF nails Briscoe with the ring. Dynamite goes off the air with the champ and his crew celebrating.
