In this interview Thunder Rosa says her dual AEW and CMLL contract was in the works for over a year: “Well, I heard about this news that was possibly gonna happen, like less than two weeks ago, and we had some talks with Mike, who is the person in charge of all the AEW talent. But this is something that we’ve been trying to work on for about a year to do something more stable in CMLL, so I could go more often. But it didn’t pan out after my injury so we started talking again, I guess, about two weeks ago, and once they told me it was gonna be official was like five days or so (ago). Like two days before I went to Mexico City, and I mean, it is a huge deal for me because this is something that I’ve been wanting to do for, jeez, since I started wrestling. I wanted to be a part of CMLL since it’s one of the oldest companies in Mexico, and also is one of the most rigorous companies that you will work as a professional wrestler, even in Mexico.”
Moose was pulled by TNA Wrestling from an appearance for Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling, which appears to be due to the fact TNA doesn’t want their talent to work shows that will be taped or streamed unless it’s someone they have authorized or having a working relationship with like WWE and NXT. (FF)
He’s not the only one – Leon Slater was pulled from Mark Hitchcock Memorial Show match.

MJF says he was nearly kidnapped backstage at a show by someone pretending to be a pilot: “I knock on (Tony Khan’s) door and he opens the door and he goes ‘Max!’, I go ‘Yeah, it’s me. I want you to know how much this means to me, the fact that you’re trying to fly me back to my dad as soon as possible, after he had the heart attack.’ Cause he did know, my boss Tony Khan and he goes ‘What the fuck are you talking about?’. And I go ‘The pilot just told me’. He goes ‘I didn’t fucking book you a jet to go back home tonight.’ We still don’t know how he got there. We still don’t know how he got backstage. To be fair our security team has changed since then but it probably was the building security, not even AEW security’s fault.”
Speaking of Maxwell, TNA apparently decided Nic Nemeth can’t wrestle him either.
