- A backstage segment from earlier in the day saw Tom Hannifan inform Steve Maclin that he was banned from the building following being fired and his attack on Mike Santana, and he would be arrested if he entered.
- Mike Santana cut a promo about Maclin and brought out Leon Slater. He apologized for brawling to the back with Maclin and leaving Slater in the ring at No Surrender. Ryan Nemeth and Nic Nemeth interrupted and Daria Rae came out, making a tag team match for next wee.
- Arianna Grace cut for her first promo as TNA Knockouts Champion and got Stacks a rematch for the TNA International Championship.
- TNA International Championship Match: Trey Miguel def. Stacks.
- Jody Threat def. Tessa Blanchard via disqualification.
- Sinner and Saint def. BDE and Rich Swann.
- Elayna Black came out to cut a promo in which she complained about being eliminated by Mara Sade in the Knockouts Battle Royal at No Surrender. She called Sade out.
- Guitar Case Casket Match: Elijah def. Mustafa Ali.
- Tom Hannifan was conducting an in-ring interview when Steve Maclin attacked him. Mike Santana came out to make the save.
- The System def. The Righteous and The Hardys. Moose came out to the ring and was outnumbered by The System, but Alicia Edwards convinced Eddie to leave him alone. The Righteous and The Hardys stood tall to end the show.
