No. 3 ranked pound-for-pound fighter Dvalishvili (21-4, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nev. by way of Tiblisi, Georgia) steps into the Octagon for a fourth time in 2025 looking to add another UFC record to his ever-growing list of accomplishments. Currently on the longest win streak in UFC bantamweight history at 13, he has made his case as the greatest 135-pounder of all time with dominant performances over Cory Sandhagen, Sean O’Malley (twice) and Henry Cejudo. Dvalishvili now intends to make his biggest statement yet by replicating his 2023 win over Yan in a shutout performance.
Yan (19-5, fighting out of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia) aims to make the most of his second opportunity with Dvalishvili and reclaim his spot at the top of the bantamweight division. The former champion has never been finished in his MMA career and earned his current shot at UFC gold with notable wins over Song Yadong, Deiveson Figueiredo and Marcus McGhee. Yan now has his sights set on spoiling Dvalishvili’s historic ambitions with a signature display of the skills that make him one of the most feared competitors in the 135-pound class.
UFC flyweight king Pantoja (30-5, fighting out of Coconut Creek, Fla. by way of Arraial Do Cabo, Brazil) is on his own quest to be recognized as the best to ever do it at 125-pounds. The owner of the most wins (14) and finishes (8) in UFC flyweight history, Pantoja has earned the respect of fans and fighters alike with impressive victories over Kai Kara-France, Kai Asakura and Steve Erceg. He now seeks to deliver his best outing yet against the upstart Van in one of the most anticipated flyweight bouts in recent memory.
Van (15-2, fighting out of Houston, Texas) sets out to prove that he has all the skills to back up the hype that has earned him the No. 1 contender spot at flyweight. Still just 24 years old, he has made himself known amongst fans as can’t-miss viewing by landing the highest significant strikes per minute in UFC history (8.86) throughout his wins over Brandon Royval, Bruno Silva and Rei Tsuruya. Van now looks to become the first UFC champion born after the year 2000 by upsetting Pantoja in dramatic fashion.
