London, UK – [Sep 10, 2025] – A new combat sports platform designed to uncover the next generation of MVPs hits the airwaves this Saturday, as full-contact fight promotion Total Kombat makes its live global broadcast debut – with British UFC star Michael “Venom” Page one of the backers.

The debut event will air live in the UK on ITVX – national broadcaster ITV’s flagship streaming platform, home to over 40 million registered users and exclusive programming such as Love Island – with simultaneous coverage on beIN SPORTS in the United States and Triller TV in the USA and worldwide.

Page, one of the most viral fighters in combat sports history thanks to his unorthodox and explosive karate-based striking style, is one of the team backing the Total Kombat venture. He helped design the all-striking, all-action ruleset and is also integrating his film company production company ITM (In The Moment Productions) into this Saturday’s event at London’s O2 Arena.

Michael ‘Venom’ Page said, “I love the striking arts and I see a clear gap in the market for a promotion giving elite strikers a television platform to showcase their skills and generate the kind of highlight moments I do. I’m excited to have my film production company ITM involved in this weekend’s event as well – filmmaking is another love of mine alongside martial arts so I am delighted to bring them together like this.”

MVP isn’t the only face fight fans will recognise during this weekend’s broadcast. Popular color commentator Ben ‘Bane’ Davis is in the broadcast booth and UFC veteran Dean Barry is one of the fighters confirmed for Saturday night’s card.

Total Kombat uses an all-striking, full-contact ruleset and brings together elite fighters from similar martial arts backgrounds to Page, with black belts and Olympians from disciplines including karate, taekwondo and karate all stepping up this weekend for a shot at GLORY.

Total Kombat president Lee Matthews said: “Having MVP on board is a huge boost to the brand, not only because of his profile but because he understands both the competitive and entertainment sides of martial arts. ITVX is a huge platform to build the next generation of talent on and we’re hoping we see more than one new ‘MVP’ this Saturday night.”

Michael ‘Venom’ Page said, “I’ve created some of the most viral moments in combat sports history and a lot of that is down to my karate background. Total Kombat is a platform for the new generation of martial arts strikers to showcase themselves. I’d definitely have fought here if it existed when I was beginning my rise and I think it’s going to be a huge hit with fans.”

Richard Botchway, Commissioning Editor at ITV, said: “We’re excited to bring all of the action of Total Kombat live from London on ITVX this Saturday. Total Kombat displays the very best athletes in underground combat sports and we’re delighted to partner with them in a first for ITVX.”

The first Total Kombat event streams live across the United States on beIN SPORTS and TrillerTV from 2:00 PM ET and in the UK on ITVX from 7:00 PM BST this weekend, Saturday 13 September.
