In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Paul Heyman arrogantly declared that Brock Lesnar can’t be cancelled: “Obviously, the decision was made, it’s time to bring back Brock Lesnar. Whatever that decision is based on, I respect it. If there are critics of it, get over it, he’s here. He’s going to be here and you ain’t gonna be able to cancel him. I’m happy to have him back because the audience is happy to have him back. If we brought him back and the audience rebelled against it, I wouldn’t be happy to have him back like, oh man, this doesn’t work. But, it works. So I’m happy about it.”

In a statement on social media, Kiera Hogan stood up to her critics after saying in an interview that pro wrestling was a “stepping stone” for her: “Yes, I said, ‘pro wrestling was always going to be a stepping stone for other things.’ And I meant that. Because wrestling has always been my first love – but I’m multi-talented and unapologetically ambitious. I knew from the jump that wrestling would open doors for me in fashion, TV, and beyond. Just like it has for so many others before me. Y’all cheer when wrestlers land movie roles, runway shows, or makeup deals… but get mad when I say it out loud? I’m not here to play small or limit myself to one lane. I’m here to build an empire.”

Willow Nightingale talks about her goals in AEW: “Obviously, I have not been the world champion yet, so that is a big one that I would like to accomplish. Even regaining the TBS title and really getting to be the face of TBS, and have a reign that I can accomplish a lot with, would mean so much to me. Last year, I was on the ‘All In’ preshow. This year, I was a part of the first casino gauntlet that the women were able to take part in on pay-per-view. And it was cool to be on the main show and to be a part of that. But I would love to have a championship match on our biggest show of the year. I’d love to main-event a pay-per-view. I would love to see all of the women get more opportunities and tag matches – even the things that may not necessarily be like me, ‘Willow is the champion,’ or me, whatever. If I could help the girls in any way, if I could help the women’s division and also thrive, I would be very satisfied with that.”
It appears that with WWE PLEs moving to ESPN in 2026, NBC Universal is interested in the media rights for TNA, with both WWE and TKO Group pushing for Peacock to become TNA’s partner in a $10 million deal. They also appear to be interested in streaming rights for AAA Lucha Libre.
Speaking of which, the mentioned $29.99 per month bundle for access to WWE PLEs on ESPN is apparently ONLY for people who don’t already have ESPN via their existing cable, satellite or “pay TV” provider. If you already have ESPN you’ll get access to the ESPN DTC app streaming WWE PLE at no additional charge.

Speaking to People, John Cena talked about his hair transplant: “As I was trying to hide my hair loss, the audience was bringing it to light. I saw their signs that said ‘The bald John Cena.’ They pushed me into going to see what my options were. I now have a routine: red-light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, shampoo, conditioner – and I also got a hair transplant last November. I hate the fact that if there wasn’t so much shame around it, I’d have gotten it done 10 years ago. I thought I was alone, but seven or eight out of 10 men suffer from thinning or baldness. They don’t do anything except move your hair, one by one, from one area to another. If somebody’s going to sweat me for that, I don’t think there’s any shame in that. It completely changed the course of my life.”

Sareee talks about the 5STAR Grand Prix: “To be honest, I have never lost like that. So the first reaction was – I didn’t know what had happened and couldn’t remember. I was angry that I lost like that after I was told, but I do accept my defeat. A loss is a loss. But that loss made me realize and wake myself up. I can’t lose anymore, no matter what. It got me more fired up to defeat the STARDOM roster. Pro wrestlers become stronger after being defeated. The heart of a pro wrestler is to keep getting back up, no matter how many times you lose.”
