PFL Names Andrew Mikhail Managing Director of PFL Pacific

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA (July 24, 2025) – The Professional Fighters League (PFL), today announced the appointment of Andrew Mikhail as Managing Director, PFL Pacific, effective immediately. Mikhail will report to CEO of PFL International Peter Murray and the PFL Pacific Board, overseeing all league operations, commercial growth, and talent development in the region.

Mikhail brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Chief Commercial Officer at the Parramatta Eels, one of Australia’s most prominent sporting organizations competing in the National Rugby League (NRL). During his six-year tenure, Mikhail led the club’s consumer and commercial revenue growth, driving innovation across marketing, digital content, customer experience, and data strategy.

Prior to his role at the Eels, Mikhail held senior commercial positions across the Asia-Pacific with leading global brands including American Express and Singtel Optus, where he spearheaded strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

As Managing Director, PFL Pacific, Mikhail will lead the league’s expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Pacific region, driving the PFL’s commercial strategy, operations, media partnerships, and fighter development. His appointment reinforces the PFL’s commitment to building a sustainable and world-class MMA ecosystem in Oceania.

Mikhail joins PFL Pacific, the fourth international league launched by the Professional Fighters League, following successful expansions into Europe, MENA, and Africa. Backed by a landmark media partnership with Stan Sport, 9Now, and the 9Network, and with the inaugural PFL Pacific tournament set for 2026, the league is positioned to become the premier destination for MMA in Oceania.
