In this post Money in the Bank interview, Naomi says she’s been too nice for too long: “That’s why I don’t understand why everybody is so shook and so shocked. I was too nice for 16 years and now everybody like, she’s unhinged. No, I’m not. I’m finally being honest for the first time, and I’m tired and I’m beat up. No, we’re not doing this no more. They messed up now. They should have never let me get that briefcase. I’m about to wreak havoc on everybody. You’ve seen all the things that have been done to me and what I’ve gone through. In a post Raw interview after regaining the World Heavyweight Championship, Gunther said he’s in a league of his own: “The reality is when I was World Heavyweight Champion the first time, all those big names, they stayed away from me, and for a very good reason. Because ever since I arrived in this company, I’ve been the most dominant guy around here, and yes, I lost at WrestleMania and yes, I lost to Jey Uso and you know what? Give him credit for that. But this is a marathon, not a sprint and in that case, nobody matches me. Nobody’s got the mental ability, nobody’s got the confidence, nobody’s got the stamina to last that long. It’s only me. I’m competing in my own class.”
Speaking of Jey Uso, he addressed the crowd after Raw went off the air: “Ladies and gentlemen, this is my youngest son, Jace. I’m so happy I brought him on the road with me this weekend. Y’all seen him a couple times on videos with me. Hey, hey, even though I lost, I’m so glad he was here with me, traveling the road with me. I really wanna say I’m sorry to my son, I’m sorry to everybody here, I fought my ass off. Gunther is that dude one of the best athletes, one of the best pros I ever stepped foot in the ring with. At the end of the night, I got hella respect for that man. But give it up for Gunther. But I’m gonna run it back, I’m gonna run it back.” (WWE)
