Tonight, Hangman Page faces Kyle Fletcher for the chance to meet Will Ospreay in the finals of the Men’s Owen Hart Memorial Tournament! Will we see a revisiting of the blood feud between former United Empire teammates from last year, or will Hangman and Ospreay have the ultimate “Look at us now” moment years after their paths first crossed in New Japan?

That match ran damn near a half an hour, and I am not complaining.
Backstage, The Hurt Syndicate beat down a crowd of admirers for the fun of it. MVP then tries to talk Lashley into letting MJF in the group, and appears to possibly succeed.
Match Two: Trios Champions The Opps vs. Nick Comorato, Rhett Titus and a Third Dude (non-title)

Death Riders attack after the bell. Joe locks Moxley in the Coquina Clutch, Claudio gets his attention by threatening to hit Shibata with a Neutralizer onto an upturned chair, which he then does. Joe gets a mic, accuses Mox of not being able to back up the way he acts, then says their match next week should be inside a cage.
Renee asks Mercedes Mone about her ongoing quest to be a global champion. She says she’s already achieved it. Renee asks about the Owen finals, she says it’s in the bag. Renee asks about Hayter’s superior size and strength, Mone says she’s still undefeated, which is unrivaled.
After a commercial, Renee asks Nick Wayne about leaving for BOSJ next week. Christian starts to say that the question should be directed to him, Jay Lethal interjects and challenges Wayne to a match. Wayne starts to say he’s not sure he’s ready, but Christian accepts on his behalf.
Match Three: Eliminator Match: AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm vs. Yamashita Miyu

The Hurt Syndicate come out, MVP talks about the ongoing process of adding a third member. He then says they’re going to have one more vote, and invites MJF to the ring. MJF comes out, talks about how much he loves each member, although he also asks Lashley if he had a good ride in. MVP gives the thumbs up, Shelton Benjamin gives the thumbs up, Lashley milks it for a bit, but then gives another thumbs down. MJF says he’s sick of Lashley’s shit, and asks what he wants. Then he calls him a “big bald son of a bitch”. Lashley goes after MJF, then says he can impress him if he hurts someone.
Stokely Hathaway explains that he’s here to help FTR reach their old heights.
