It’s Official: Cleveland Browns legendary quarterback Bernie Kosar will be in Nic Nemeth’s corner on Saturday, April 11, for his match at the Rebellion showcase event, airing live around the world on pay-per-view from the Wolstein Center on the campus of Cleveland State University.

Cleveland native Nemeth invited Cleveland icon Kosar to be his corner-man at the Rebellion pay-per-view in his yet-to-be-announced match – and it only took Kosar a few hours to accept Nemeth’s invitation.

He then played in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns from 1985 to 1993, the Dallas Cowboys in 1993, and Miami Dolphins in 1994. He was a member of the 1993 Dallas Cowboys team that won Super Bowl XXVIII, serving as a backup quarterback behind Troy Aikman.

The Rebellion pay-per-view marks TNA Wrestling’s return to Cleveland for the first time since 2013. Rebellion will be held at the Wolstein Center on the campus of Cleveland State University.
