Winner and NEW World Wrestling Federation Champion Bret Hart

An alright show overall here. Obviously for different reasons two classics with Bret/Owen the technical classic, and Razor/HBK in the first ever ladder match. However going over the rest of this card. The title match should’ve been an elimination match with Bret winning in the end instead of the two title match concept. Bigelow/Doink wasn’t a Mania quality feud would’ve much rather seen Crush/Savage get a longer match and find some way to get the 10 man tag on the show or at least showcase the Headshrinkers before they would go on to win the Tag Titles 6 weeks later off the Quebecers. All and all worth watching for the Bret/Owen Savage/Crush and Razor/Shawn but the rest of the card could’ve used some maintenance.
