Tonight’s Dynamite will be almost entirely about a pair of three-match series to determine who will have the advantage in each Blood and Guts Match! Also, we’ll hear more about the newly-announced AEW National Championship! Did AEW need another championship? I feel like no, but I’m willing to be convinced otherwise!
Dynamite opens with Tony Schiavone reiterating the announcement of the National Championship. He’s cut off by The Opps. Joe confronts Schiavone on his role in Hangman Page’s surprise attack last week. He says there are consequences for actions, and tonight that’s going to come for Tony Schiavone. The Opps circle the ring, security intervene, Joe says this is just going to result in more people getting hurt, but then Hangman Page makes the save. The Opps start to back off, but then say they can take care of two problems at once. Eddie Kingston and Hook even the numbers and chase The Opps off. Hangman vows to kick their asses, and Hook challenges them to put the Trios Championships on the line in the main event. Joe angrily agrees.
Match One: Best of Three Blood and Guts Advantage Series: Match One: Orange Cassidy vs. Claudio Castagnoli
Cassidy opens with a suicide dive, then another, ten-punch on the barricade, Claudio press slams him into the ring, European uppercut, bell rings, Claudio goes for a European uppercut, Cassidy reverses into an arm drag, goes for another suicide dive, reversed into a toss onto the top of the barricade, sets him up for a delayed vertical and tosses him into the ring, misses a running European uppercut, presses Cassidy to the apron, Cassidy with a shoulder tackle, diving DDT, reversed into a delayed vertical, blocked, Cassidy slowly locks in a backpack sleeper, Claudio tries to spin his way out, it doesn’t work, he manages an arm breaker, then a Giant Swing, Cassidy lands on the floor, Claudio with a running European uppercut, back in the ring, trading shots, Claudio with a backbreaker, toss to the floor, back suplex onto the barricade, rolls Cassidy into the ring, elbow drop for two, European uppercut, stomp, European uppercut, series of gutwrench suplexes, sets Cassidy up top, Cassidy with a boot, hurricanrana, dropkick, PK, DDT for two, Claudio with a tackle, crossface, Cassidy reverses into a rollup for two, Claudio with a European Uppercut, powerbomb, reversed into Beach Break, reversed into a powerbomb, reversed into a rollup for two, Claudio with a kick, European uppercut for two, forearms in the corner, superplex, reversed into Stundog Millionaire, Orange Punch, reversed into a European Uppercut, Very European Uppercut, reversed into an Orange Punch, Claudio then hits a Very European Uppercut for three.

Renee is backstage with Kyle Fletcher and Mark Briscoe, Briscoe says Don Callis said no to another match, but he wants to hear it from Fletcher himself. He says Fletcher can’t feel good about the way he won at Wrestledream, and he wants to offer Fletcher a chance at a real victory, in a No DQ match. Callis says he needs something on the line from Briscoe. Briscoe asks if it’s his career, Don Callis says he would never try to end Mark Briscoe’s career, he loves Mark Briscoe as a wrestler. He says he wants Briscoe to join the Don Callis Family if he loses. Briscoe says he’s not losing, so he accepts.
After a commercial, Renee asks the Bucks if they’ve joined the Don Callis Family. Callis says not to put them on the spot, and says he’s doing it because he couldn’t condone the way the company is treating them. The rest of the Family join in, but the Bucks say they just need more time. Okada advises them not to take too much time.
Match Two: AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament: First Round: TBS Champion (Plus Several Other Championships) Mercedes Mone and ROH Women’s World Champion Athena vs. Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron
Match opens as a brawl, Athena beats down Harley, Mone in, beats down Harley, sucker punches Willow, Harley with a back suplex, Willow in, cleans house, Harley in, double team cleaning house, Harley with an aided splash for two as Athena breaks the count with a running senton, sparking a brawl, Mone with a cover for two, Athena in, chop, leg choke, STO for two, Mone in, trip, running knees in the corner for two, suplex for two, Athena in, double team whip, double team elbow for two, toss to the corner, Three Amigos, Athena tags in and aids the third suplex, Harley lands on her fet, double crucifix bomb as Willow tags in, double clothesline, cleans house, spinebuster for two, Athena with a forearm, Mone tags in, crossbody for two, forearms, Willow with a slam, Harley in, brawl, Mone ends up locking Harley in the Statement Maker, Willow Pounces Athena into Mone to break the hold, double tag, trading strikes, Willow hits a lariat, Mone runs in and gets decked, Willow with a DVD to Mone, misses a cannonball to Athena, Athena with a gut breaker, Harley tags in, Athena slams both of them at once, covers Harley for two, Billie Starkz runs in and, seemingly at Athena’s direction, grabs Athena’s title belt. Kris Statlander runs in and chases her off, then chases Mone off, Willow with Babe With the Powerbomb, Harley hits Her Finishing Move (that is the actual name of the move) for three.

After a commercial, Tony Schiavone reiterates the announcement about the National Championship. He introduces The Hurt Syndicate, who have put their names forward for the Casino Gauntlet. MVP tugs on Schiavone’s face to make sure he’s real. MVP talks about the history of the NWA National Championship. He says the championship is coming to the Hurt Syndicate. Schiavone asks what happens if they end up against each other in the match, and MVP says they’ll always do what’s best for business, but either way, the Syndicate wins, and the audience wins. The Demand come out, Ricochet runs down the hometown, and the Hurt Syndicate, before MVP reminds him that the Syndicate keep beating their asses. Ricochet also declares for the match. Then the Syndicate chase them off.
Backstage, Jack Perry says that friendship is more important than money. Then he stabs a 100-dollar bill into a table backstage and says the Bucks can have it.
Match Three: Blood and Guts Advantage Series: Match Two (Death Riders Lead 1-0): Darby Allin vs. Daniel Garcia
Before his entrance, Jon Moxley gives Garcia a pep talk.

PAC attacks after the bell, but Darby rebounds until PAC hits a boot. Orange Cassidy runs in and beats down PAC until Wheeler Yuta runs in and un-evens the odds. The ring fills with members of both teams, and The Conglomeration stand tall, but Kyle O’Reilly looks to have injured his ankle in the process.
